For more than a year key members of the Austral Garden Route have been working through the Chilean government system to create a cooperative society that serves our local, regional, national and international communities through our activities and personal commitments to make the world a better place. Our mandate covers everything from tourism to climate change, environmental protection, wellness, education and localization to create resilience and food security.
Our first official event will be held this month when we participate in World Localization Day, with a festival designed to highlight the local production of food and beer, and the artwork created by local artisans from found products from the surrounding mountains, rivers and forests. and materials crafted by local people on their farms, woolen products, etc.
Stay tuned for more information.
