We are Marcelo and Javiera. We are both from Santiago, but met in Coyhaique, where we fell in love with each other and this region and decided that this was would be a wonderful place to a family. We now have a beautiful little girl, Aurora and are very grateful that we've been given the opportunity to administrate the Terrazas Del Palena hotel which has wonderful views of snow capped Melimoyu volcano, vast forest and the Palena river valley. The air is fresh and clean and we drink the purest of water from the mountain stream that runs directly in front of our house. 

 

At the hotel we offer our guests and visitors a homey and personal touch that makes them feel comfortable, and because we really enjoy what we do, we are confident that our service is first class.

Watch the sun set behind Melimoyu and admire the glorious forests of the Palena River valley, where enormous coihue and aromatic tepa trees tower over the leaves of giant nalca plants.
