Happy New Year Everyone! We've got a lot planned for this season in Patagonia, with new tours, new venues, workshops and activities throughout summer and a fully updated website beginning from tomorrow. Our workshops and garden tours will now take place everyday for the next few months in a variety of locations along the Austral Garden Route. Workshops include, sour dough bread, vinegar and fermentation, essential oil distillation, sushi preparation, edible mushroom identification and preparation, soap making and more.
